The practice was purpose built in 1989 and we currently provide Personal Medical Services for approximately 2800 patients. We aim to treat all patients promptly, courteously and in complete confidence. The following information is provided to inform you of the services offered by the surgery

TIME OUT

The surgery will be closed on the afternoon of Tuesday 17th June 2014 due to town wide training.  If you need a doctor urgently at this time, please call 111.

 

SHINGLES VACCINES

Patients aged 70 years old are now to be offered a shingles vaccine.  There is also a catch-up programme for patients aged 78 with the aim that within the next few years, all patients between 70 and 80 will be offered this vaccine.

If you need a doctor urgently when the surgery is closed please contact NHS 111 or visit the walk-in centre at One Life, Park Road, Hartlepool

 

HEALTHY HEART CHECKS

If you are between the age of 40 and 74, you may be elligible for a healthy heart check.  Please ask at reception for more details.

You should call the NHS 111 service if you need medical help but it is not a 999 emergency.  You will be assessed, given advice and directed straightaway to the local service that can help you best.  Calls to NHS 111 are free from landlines and mobile phones.
